1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop novesette.de.

2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded once the seller confirms the order by email.
3. Prices and payment terms
All prices are final prices.
In accordance with § 19 German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is shown.

5. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
6. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
7. Liability
The seller is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
